Glen Oaks families, this year is going to be exciting, and our PTA has several fun events planned! You play an integral role in partnering with us, and there’s no better way to stay connected than to be a part of our PTA and the activities that are to come. Thank you in advance for helping in any way you can. There are several opportunities and every little bit helps!

Mark Your Calendars! ‍The Glen Oaks Fun Run is our main fundraiser this year, supporting field trips and academic enrichment for ALL students!

What makes it special?

Character Building: Students participate in "Castle Quest" to learn bravery and good character.
Fitness Fun: Join us for the event day on October 4th!

College Week 9/16-9/20/24

Mark Your Calendars! ‍College Week is coming the week of September 16th.

Sept 16 - We are running the race to college! Wear tennis and athletic shoes.
Sept 17 - Career Day! Dress up as what you want to be when you grow up.
Sept 18 - Your future is bright! Wear bright colors.
Sept 19 - Dress for success! It's picture day! Wear your favorite outfit and your biggest smile.
Sept 20 - Dress cool, stay in school! Wear your Glen Oaks spirit wear or your favorite college t-shirt/colors.

Volunteer Opportunities

Get Involved and Make a Difference!

There are many ways to get involved and support our school community. All signups are located on the Glen Oaks PTA Website. Here are a few opportunities:

Book Fair: Help make our annual Book Fair a success! Visit the website or scan the QR code below to sign up for a volunteer shift.
Workroom, Lunchroom, and Library Support: Lend a hand in our school's workroom, the library, or help our Kindergarten children with lunch help. These vital areas need dedicated volunteers to keep things running smoothly. Visit the website or scan the QR codes below to learn more and sign up.
Workroom Training: Interested in helping in the workroom but need some training? Join us for our Workroom Training on Thursday, September 12th at 10 AM. Learn essential skills and become a valuable member of our volunteer team.RSVP to Emily Kaufman at ebeasley79@aol.com.
